This is another project for my upcoming December 1st, Holiday Gift Making class. It used the Tumbled Tiles technique. There are several different thoughts on what tools to use to make these and whether or not to bake them. Here is how I made mine:
1. Purchase the tiles from Home Depot (making sure they are non-glazed tiles)
2. Used Stazon Black Ink to stamp the image. These tiles showcase a retired Stampin' Up! set called Christmas Cardinal. Let the ink dry a bit.
3. Used Q-Tips and/or Eye Shadow applicators and Stampin' Pastels to color the image.
4. Baked the tile at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool on a rack.
5. Sprayed with Arylic Sealer, also purchase at Home Depot.
6. Placed some non-scratch felt on the bottom.
